Andrew Pish is an improv performer.

History

In the summer of 2009, Pish was working at his first engineering internship, while pursuing an electrical and computer engineering degree from the University of Texas. While using gmail, he saw an ad for improv classes at The Hideout. He signed up because he had always wanted to do comedy but had never let himself, and after his first improv class, he was hooked.

In January 2012, Andrew Pish moved to Los Angeles. While there, he's studied with Todd Stashwick, Paul Vaillancourt (co-founder of iO West), and David Razowsky. He's also led several workshops for other student transplants from the University of Texas. After his success with The Professor in Austin, he was offered the chance to produce a mainstage Doctor Who improv show at iO West. He's performed that show (Doctor Who Live) two Saturdays a month since April 2012.
