Anticdotes is the newest improv troupe to be created out of Gnap! Theater Projects. Comprised of an all-star cast of students from The MerlinWorks Institute of Improvisation, Anticdotes plays with an explosive, high-risk style that explores physical movement.
"What's Your Deal?"
Their answer to the "What's Your Deal?" question on a 2010 application to perform at The Hideout Theatre:
Right now, we use the audience's suggestion to run a series of freezes that then inspire a montage (flowy) of scenes. Within the context of those scenes, anything goes (i.e. we range from 10 second scenes, to multiple scenes from the same storyline).
