Braised in Texas was an narrated improv show with set characters, based around an annual barbecue competition in a fictional Texas town.

Summary

John Ratliff (as "The Stranger") narrated the show.

History

McNichol & May first experimented with the show concept in their slot in The 42-Hour Improv Marathon.

The show had several performances after its run, including The 2013 Out of Bounds Comedy Festival.
