Plugged is a weekly themed stand-up showcase.
Summary
The show features a different stand-up theme every week. It runs from 10:30pm to 11:30pm on Fridays.
Themes include:
- 50 First Jokes
- 50 comics share one joke apiece.
- Never-ending Comedy Contest
- Lane Krarup gathers together comedians who then compete for a panel of three veteran comedians who act as judges and between-set commentators. At the end of every show, Mr. Krarup and regular guest Pat Sirois freestyle rap about whatever the audience calls out.
- Comedian Battle Rap Authority
- Comics perform stand up, riff and rap on audience suggestions, and battle until one winner remains.
