Amy Carpenter is John Ratliff's landlady. They're also friends who improvise together. They're either the White Stripes or the Belle and Sebastian of improv, depending on the night. Only you can say for sure.

"Grounded" scenework, WHATEVER THAT MEANS. Typically three or four longer scenes but sometimes things start moving faster.
