Taking a cue from the science fiction classic by Daniel Keyes, Flowers for Algernon creates a world from nothing, colorful characters, relationships, story lines that overlap, intertwine and jump from past to future seamlessly, informed by moments of clarity offered by one of the trio in monologue form. And then, when things can't get any better, they begin breaking down; story lines twist in on themselves, relationships fall apart, characters disintegrate, innocence returns to a bare stage...three improvisers bow and exit.</blockquote>
