Revlis (full name: Revlis: Improv... FROM THE FUTURE) was a solo improv act featuring Kristin Firth as a time-traveller from the future.
Summary
Press Blurb
Their press blurb, taken from a 2011 application to perform at The Hideout Theatre:
Meet Revlis. She comes to us from a distant future. Here only briefly to exchange greetings, learn something about a different time, and maybe share a moment or two. A solo improv performance from Kristin Firth.
"What's Your Deal?"
Their answer to the "What's Your Deal?" question on a 2011 application to perform at The Hideout Theatre:
I'll have a blurb for the host to read, about having a special visitor from the future tonight. I'm dressed all in silver with sparkly makeup and glitter on me and my hair. I come into the space and see what attracts my attention. I'm basically in the audience the whole time, playing with them. I'll be inspired by things that they do, or mention different things about the way it is for me in the future, stuff like that. You can see a video of the last show up on vimeo. In that show I played with Roy Moore's camera, gave a girl one of my bracelets so she'd be shiny like me, tried to mind pass with another girl and blamed her drinking as the reason it wasn't working. The sound isn't the greatest since my back is to the camera most of the time, but you can see the kind of things I'm doing and how the audience is reacting.
