Summary
The Rules
These are the published rules from the 2008 contest[1]:
"The Scholarship will go to the person who can submit the best new idea for an improv format. Submissions will be taken in any and all forms; on CD, as a Word document, performed on tape, etc. There are no guidelines for how you submit or what you submit. It's free and it's all about getting the wheels of invention turning. Please include your email address and name somewhere on the thing so we know who you are."
