Cochise is a student mainstage show at The Hideout Theatre based on late-70s cop shows.
Summary
In each episode, two characters were pre-determined: "Cochise", a renegade cop, and his beleaguered police sergeant. Everyone else played whatever characters were needed on the day. Each performance introduced a villain committing some sort of crime, and showed Cochise gradually closing in on and defeating the villain.
History
Cochise was originally produced and performed by Improv for Evil. The name "Cochise" is a reference to a character in the Beastie Boys video "Sabotage", which traffics in the same genre as the improv show.
