Erin Plischke was an improv performer who was a cofounder of Tight. He also performed as part of ComedySportz, where he met longtime partner Jen Cargill. The two moved to Chicago in 2001, where they performed and studied with iO Chicago. He and Jen returned to Austin in 2004 where he co-founded Wooden Nickel, $10 Bourbon and Tight. He and Jen moved to Seattle in 2006, where they perform under the name Carskee.
