Improv Jams and Mixers differ from shows in that they are participatory. A group of improvisors comes to the event and puts on scenes and games for each other.
- The first Saturday of every month, Merlin Works puts on an improv mixer at ZACH Scott Theater.
- The second Sunday of every month, Leng Wong and Kevin Miller host Whoosh Bang Pow: Back to Basics.
- Every Sunday night at 8pm, The Institution Theater puts on The Rubber Room.
- Every Sunday night at 8:30pm, Coldtowne Theater hosts The Jam with Oh, Science!.
