The New Game Project (AKA The New Game People) is a shortform show that generates shortform formats based on audience suggestions.
Format
In The New Game Project, the cast asks the audience for the name of a game that doesn't exist.
Then, each cast member gives their description of what that game should be.
The audience votes (with applause) on which game of those they like best.
Finally, the cast plays the top-voted game.
They then repeat this process with a new audience title.
History
The show began as a one-off for the premiere of The Free Fringe on 1/5/12
It was part of The 44-Hour Improv Marathon
