Stone Airplane was an improv troupe.

History

Stone Airplane cast from one of the Merlin Works Mixers and performed improv inspired by the works of Shel Silverstein. At each show, an audience member selected a random Shel Silverstein poem (brought in by the cast). The poem was read aloud, and then players identified 3-5 "facts" about the world in which that poem existed. The players then engage in a montage set in this world.

Stone Airplane completed a run of shows at Salvage Vanguard Theater in the summer of 2012.
